Walking Taco Dip
Ingredients
2 cans bean dip
2 cups guacamole dip
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 pkg. taco mix
2-3 diced tomatoes
1 lg. can Ortega diced chilies
6 sliced green onions
2 (3.5 oz.) cans chopped olives
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 cup grated jack cheese
Preparation
Using a large platter with a lip, layer in order given. Serve with tortilla chips or large Fritos. Can be made in advance.
Variation: Fresh guacamole dip made from 3-4 mashed avocados, 1 tbs lemon juice and 1/2 tsp salt and pepper.
