Shrimp and Clam Spaghetti

Serves 4-6

Ingredients
  • 2 tbl. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 cup parmesan
  • 1 cube butter
  • 2 cups shrimp or clams
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
Preparation
  • Saute garlic in oil. Add butter, parsley and shrimp or clams. Cook until shrimp are bright pink or clams are warm. Toss with one cup parmesan and 8 oz of your favorite cooked pasta.
