Three in one meal
Serves 4
Ingredients
8 oz. of Gorgonzola butter
1 red onion
½ cup of heavy cream
1 bunch Swiss chard
½ lb. of sliced prosciutto meat
1 lb. package of gnocchi di patate (potatoes)
Preparation
Bring water to a boil then add gnocchi di patate for 2-3 minutes
In a large sauce add chopped onion, Gorgonzola butter and cream and heat until brown
Chop prosciutto and Swiss chard
Add prosciutto, Swiss chard and gnocchi di patate to sauce pan
Simmer for 15 minutes and serve with crusty bread
