Three in one meal

Serves 4

Ingredients
  • 8 oz. of Gorgonzola butter
  • 1 red onion
  • ½ cup of heavy cream
  • 1 bunch Swiss chard
  • ½ lb. of sliced prosciutto meat
  • 1 lb. package of gnocchi di patate (potatoes)
Preparation
  • Bring water to a boil then add gnocchi di patate for 2-3 minutes
  • In a large sauce add chopped onion, Gorgonzola butter and cream and heat until brown
  • Chop prosciutto and Swiss chard
  • Add prosciutto, Swiss chard and gnocchi di patate to sauce pan
  • Simmer for 15 minutes and serve with crusty bread
